License authorization version

The product which adopts the method of copy protection where a unique license code is issued to your computer.

Installation Guide for the license authorization (challenge/response) version of KORG Legacy Collection software titles

Please install the license authorization version[?] as follows:
  1. Access "KORG USER NET", a dedicated website for users from your web browser. A login screen will appear.
  2. Please enter your registered e-mail and password and log in.
  3. Click [DOWNLOAD for registered users].
  4. Click your registered product and download the license authorization version.
  5. Once the download is completed, unpack the downloaded file.
  6. Double click the installer file, and install according to the directions. After installing the software, you must verify your license via the Internet and obtain a license code, which will authorize the software:
    Note: For Mac users, a restart will be required once the installation is complete. After restarting, please open this page again, and then proceed to the next instruction.
  7. When you start up the software, the "License Authorization" screen will appear. Click [License Authorization].
    Note: If you don't want to immediately activate your license, click [Exit]. You will be able to use the software for a period of thirty (30) days without restrictions.
  8. In the next screen that appears, check "Using this computer".
  9. Click [Next].
  10. In the next screen that appears, Click [Get License Code]. Your web browser will start up, and will direct itself to "KORG USER NET".
  11. Click [RE-ISSUE License Code]. If a log-in screen appears, [RE-ISSUE License Code] will appear after log in.
    Note : You do not need to click [REGISTER PRODUCT] again.
  12. Enter your unique "Product Code" into the "Product Code/Authorization Code" field. "Product Code" is affixed to the CD case or the manual that came with your product. If you purchased at the online shop "KORG USER NET SHOP", enter the product code included in the e-mail which you received once you purchased. The "Locking Code" field automatically displays a code for the computer for which you are obtaining a license code. When this locking code is not displayed, enter the locking code displayed on the screen of Step 7.
  13. When the license activation process is completed, a screen will appear, confirming that the license code that has been properly issued for your computer. Carefully write down the license code exactly as it appears. Your license code will also be sent to you via the e-mail address you provided.
  14. The screen you saw in step 10 will appear. Carefully type in the license code you wrote down in step 13, and click [Enter]. You can also input the license code by copying and pasting it. When the license code has been verified, a screen will appear, indicating that activation is complete. Click [OK] to close the license activation window.
Note:
  • You can not install USB key copy protection version and License authorization version at the same time in one computer.
  • If you change the computer on which you use the software, you'll need to obtain a new license code. Log into "KORG USER NET," click [Re-issue license code], and follow the onscreen directions.
