What is Polysix?

First released in 1981, the Korg Polysix was an all analog synthesizer that with 6-voice polyphony provided a full sounding voice structure and powerful performance functions. Combined with the super-smooth internal Chorus/Ensemble effect, it quickly became a worldwide hit.

What kind of synthesis is Polysix for Reason?

The Polysix for Reason utilizes Korg's authentic CMT (Component Modeling Technology) providing an accurate reproduction of the legendary synth. CMT is used to simulate the electronic components employed in the Polysix circuitry (transistors, capacitors, etc.).

Maximum Polyphony?

Up to 32 notes (depending on the CPU of host computer)
